I am just writing to say that once I eventually worked out how to use it, it is simplicity itself, and I am living proof that it is simple for blind people to use as well.

Without a shadow of a doubt I will be ordering all and any CD's that you bring out, it is the most perfect way of learning guitar lead that I have ever seen.

Finally, I would like to thank you for all the help I was given along the way, and hope that you bring out many more CD's. Thank you

Scottie

Peter Frampton - Do You Feel Like We Do
The song "Do You Feel Like We Do" has a fairly weird and wonderful history. This song was not released initially as a single and was part of the album "Frampton's Camel" in 1973, which Peter Frampton did with his group with the same name. "Do You Feel Like We Do" did not make a big hit until 1976 when it was re-released as part of the album "Frampton Comes Alive ". Off course, every rock music lover knows what this album is all about. To say the least, the album became the best selling live album ever and with that, Peter Frampton became a superstar of classic rock music.
Frampton's rise to stardom in a short time period was a phenomenon that we can still talk about today. Do You Feel Like We Do guitar lead is Frampton's innovation that has become as legendary as can be imagined about any other rock music. To create the best selling live album is quite an accomplishment for any musician or a group considering the fact that the Beatles never released an album with live recording ever. Studio recording is all about super impositions and re-dubbing, which cannot be achieved in a live performance and this is what makes "Do You Feel Like We Do" and Frampton Comes Alive different from other songs or albums.
There is something out of the ordinary about the live version of "Do You Feel Like We Do." Frampton used a special gadget commonly known as 'talkbox', which was hooked on to the guitar amplifier. Utilizing this set up along with a tube in his mouth, Peter could trigger the mechanism to add distortion to his vocals at anytime. Other big musicians like Aerosmith on "Sweet Emotion" had used similar gimmicks successfully the year before. Peter Frampton made it really big using talkbox for his solo. The fans just went hyper every time he sang through this gizmo. During the same song "Do You Feel Like We Do", the most hysterical response came when he was aiming to sing "I want to thank you," which came out sounding like "I want to F!#% you."
The song "Do You Feel Like We Do" was originally considered as a mediocre song when first released but it became a milestone for Peter Frampton and his fans after the release of Frampton Comes Alive; which was recorded at Winterland in San Francisco. It was one of the three hit singles released from the album. "Show Me The Way" and "Baby I Love Your Way" are some of the other big hits from the same album. Although, "Do You Feel Like We Do" was originally just about 7 minutes but the live version runs 14:15 minutes. It may sound funny but radio station disc jockeys often played this song as an opportunity to take a smoke break or go to the washroom. The song was originally about waking up with a hangover reflected by the opening lyrics "Well, woke up this morning with a wine glass in my hand". Eventually, "Do You Feel Like We Do" became the finale and highlight of Peter Frampton live performances. He continues to play the song at his concerts to ecstatic crowds.
